Men's Track & Field: Sagehens Take Home 11 All-SCIAC Honors

CLAREMONT, CA. – The Pomona-Pitzer Men's Track & Field Team took home 11 All-SCIAC Awards after the 2019 SCIAC Track & Field Championships back on April 28, with Andy Reischling, Daniel Hill, and Carter Floyd taking home two each.

Andy Reischling earned two All-SCIACs for winning the 10,000 Meter with a time of 31:17.40 and placing second in the 5000 Meter at 14:48.76. The senior wraps up his conference season with five All-SCIAC awards.

Daniel Hill won All-SCIAC after taking second in the 10,000 Meter at 31:17.54 and placing third in the 5,000 Meter at 14:49.43. Hugo Ward earned his All-SCIAC. after finishing third in the 10,000 Meter at 31:17.72

Carter Floyd won the 1500 Meter run at 3:54.01 and took third in the 800 Meter at 1:52.93 for two All-SCIACs. He now has accumulated three total All-SCIACs in his career.

Nick Marsano earned his first career All-SCIAC after finishing third in the 400 Meter Dash at 48.86. Dante Paszkeicz also earned his first after placing second in the 1500 Meter Run at 3:54.17.

The Sagehens took two All-SCIACs from the 3000 Steeplechase as Danny Rosen earned his career second after winning first at 9:10.50. Julian DeGroot-Lutzner placed third at 9:22.64.
