Schultz enters his first season as the Pomona-Pitzer Women's Volleyball Manager.

At Pomona-Pitzer: Completed two seasons as a member of the Pomona-Pitzer Men’s Basketball team, where he played forward... He is co-captain of the men's Claremont Club Volleyball team and co-president of the Claremont Beach Volleyball Club. He has led the volleyball team to two 3rd place finishes (2015, 2017) and one 5th place finish (2016) at the NCVF Collegiate Club Volleyball Championships while earning an Honorable Mention (2015), 2nd Team All Tournament honors (2016), and 1st Team All Tournament honors (2017).

High School: Attended Walter Payton Prep in Chicago, where he was a member of the basketball, volleyball and track and field teams…Made all-state team in volleyball as a junior and senior, winning three city championships and attending states for three straight years…An all-city high jumper, qualifying for states…Also played for Powerhouse Volleyball Club (now Chicago Elite Volleyball Club) and the USA Volleyball Youth National Team.

Personal: Attends Pitzer College, where he majors in human biology…Interested in physical therapy...Sister, Michelle (Pomona ’16) was a member of the Sagehens Volleyball team (and is the person he most admires)…Lists Michael Jordan as his favorite athlete…Hobbies include indoor and beach volleyball, dancing, photography, listening to music, and 16-inch softball…Favorite book is Goodnight Moon and favorite movie is The Hitchhiker’s Guide To The Galaxy…Volunteers every summer at C.A.M.P Chicago, a camp where children with adapted mobility get the opportunity to play.
