2016: All-West Region...First Team All-SCIAC...Placed 41sth at the NCAA Nationals Championships with a time of 25:01.3....Finished fourth at the NCAA West Regionasl with a time of 25:49.7...Placed fourth overall at the SCIAC Championships with a time of  26:24.80.

Track and Field: 2017 SCIAC 5000m SCIAC Champion and All-American in 5000m. 

2015: Finished in 95th place at NCAA Division III Nationals with a time of 25:40.40... Finished in 12th place at NCAA Regionals with a time of 26:09.44... Finished in 13th place at SCIAC Championsips with a time of 26:32.64.

High School: Attended Seattle Prep, where he was a member of the cross country and track teams…First-team All-Metro from 2013-15 in both cross country and track…Finished sixth in the state cross country championships as a senior in 2014…Was top 10 in the state in the 1600 meters and 3200 meters in track and field season…National Honor Society selection…President’s List member from 2011-2015.
