Women's Golf: Sagehens At Top After Round One of Confluence

WALLA WALLA, WA. – The Pomona-Pitzer Women's Golf Team finished round one of the Whitman Confluence in first place on Saturday at the Veteran's Memorial Golf Course. Competing against Whitman, Whitworth, Pacific Lutheran, and Pacific, the Sagehens took the top spot with a stroke count of +38 (326). The Sagehens saw all six golfers finish within the top-10 of the leaderboard with Annabelle Huether finishing the highest at second place after shooting +6 (78).

Stephanie Yu followed in third overall at +9 (81) while Abby Euyang tied for fourth with Kacey Godwin of Whitman at +11 (83). Andi Chaloult took sixth place after shooting +12 (84) and Yena Jang was tied for eighth at +14 (86).
